EVENT INFORMATION, RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Food and Drink No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the event, with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml, and baby food where not in glass containers. There are a wide variety of licensed bars and catering open throughout the event, as well as free water points.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25, we may ask you to prove your age when entering the event or when attempting to buy alcohol as part of our Challenge25 Alcohol Policy. Any one of the following is considered an acceptable form of ID:
1. Passport (not a photocopy). Foreign passports are acceptable if in suitable condition and include a photograph.
2. Full or provisional photo card driving license issued by the DVLA.
3. Proof Of Age Card – The card must be part of the PASS scheme and carry their hologram.

If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol. Similarly, anyone purchasing alcohol for someone under 18 is committing an offence and will be dealt with accordingly .
Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time on concert day
Illegal and antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event. For the safety of all our visitors, crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited.
In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, the Site reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event with no refunds (please note that we are not responsible for any prohibited items or other items that we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated).

Any other items which we consider to be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security;

Customer Welfare and First Aid provision Welfare and First Aid provision will be available at the event and operated by St Johns Ambulance. Both services are open during event hour sand all visits are logged and recorded.
Food and Drink We have a range of bars and food traders at the event. If you have a certain dietary requirement, several of our food vendors will offer suitable meals, but these may not be suitable for visitors with allergies.
There are two main car parks and a ViP:
CP/A – located along the Bagshot road Junction with Hookstone Lane ( 5 min Walk ) . We have complimentary shuttle bus service from here for those who need or want. This car park has tolerance of leaving your car overnight ( at the owners own risk ) but must be recovered by 1600hrs Monday 29th or the vehicle will be recovered to a local garage and a release fee will occur charged by the recovery company . NO CAMPING AND NO FIRES
CP/B – is on the west End Recreational Ground . 3 min walk to Festival site. No BBQs , Camping. All vehicles must be leave this carpark by 2330 hrs Sunday 28th May . Vehicles not vacated by this time will be recovered by a local garage and re located to Carpark A . There will be a release fee if the vehicle has not been recovered by 1600hrs Monday 29th ,as the vehicle will be recovered to a local garage . a fine will be tendered for the vehicles release. NO CAMPING AND NO FIRES
ViP Carpark –If you want to purchase a ViP ticket @ £120. on the day with the ViP Carpark package , this is a first come first served process and is limited to 200 parking spaces. Enter into the main school gate as per car park instruction on the website and you will be directed to park and pay at this point.
Disabled Parking is through the North School Gate – If needed pls contact firstname.lastname@example.org before the day to arrange a pass .
Children Under 10 yrs
Parents/guardians of Children under 10 yrs will be asked to supply mobile contact number in case of child going missing at the event . As kids under 10 are free for Feztival entry, there will be a £10 per child charge for them to enter the Kidz Zone .
*Gordonians – The term Gordonian with regards to ticketing refers only to past pupils of Gordon’s School.
ViP Tent – Is strictly over 18’s only. And Cash/card Bar. ViP tickets without car parking and Fez hat raffle ticket can be purchased at the main festival entrance on the day For £95.00
Main Bar Tent
All Alcohol will be bought by means of tokens which will be on sale, on the day . There will also be facility for Card payment .
